We have a firm nonrefundable policy. All deposits, payments and purchases are non-refundable unless the dog is deemed unfit for sale. Any reimbursement offered would be at the breeder's discretion and a strict case by case situation.

Deposits will be refunded if the reserved puppy is not healthy enough for sale, is deemed unfit for sale by the breeder, or the breeder decides to retain that puppy. Deposits are transferrable to others litters or unreserved puppies, prices may vary per litter.
We will happily assign puppies to their families based off the answers you provide in this questionnaire that fit your lifestyle. You may also select your own puppy.

Puppies are assigned or selected in order of deposit for color/sex resereved. A preferred color and sex is required. Pups are assigned or selected by 5 weeks old.
